Visual search for people wearing protective clothing in a forestial environment – Differences between gaze and behavior
Sixteen observers searched forest images containing 22 models. Reflective vests reduced misses more than reflective hatbands; eye-tracking showed searchers often looked from a vest to the face before recognising a person.
